DESIGN WITH PURPOSE

From the beginning, KSW brings you, the client, together with the architect and our commercial construction team to ensure your vision guides the project. We ask key questions—about your needs, budget, space requirements, interior vision, and future growth goals—and often request a prioritized “wish list” for your project. This early collaboration helps us shape a clear, realistic plan, saving time and money as we move into the bidding process.

BIDDING PROCESS

After the design work is complete, the traditional bidding process to all subcontractors and vendors occurs, resulting in an economical projection of cost, along with fewer change orders during construction, due to KSW’s early involvement in design.
